  • Return Policy

    At Velovintage we offer a 14-day return policy on all items. If you regret your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt.

  • Return shipping

    You must arrange to return the item yourself, and we recommend that you purchase a return label via the button at the top of this page, and that you receive a receipt from the shipping provider as proof that the item has been shipped. The price is DKK 55. The items must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging.

  • The money back

    The goods must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging. The return amount will be refunded to the original payment method as soon as we have received and processed your returned goods.

Complaints
  • COMPLAINTS NEW GOODS:

    Here we refer to the general conditions for the right of complaint, which is 2 years. Please note that the right of complaint is NOT the same as a guarantee. All complaints will be assessed on an individual basis. Contact us by email if you have a complaint.

  • USED ​​BICYCLE PARTS AND EQUIPMENT:

    There is no warranty on used parts. Velovintage guarantees that parts will work 100% when customers receive them, but cannot guarantee the durability of the goods, as they are older bicycle parts.

  • COMPLAINTS REGARDING USED BICYCLES:

    All complete used bicycles are covered by a 3-month warranty on the frame, stem, seatpost, and handlebars. The warranty covers breakage of these parts, unless there is a breach of warranty or the bicycle has been dropped. In the event of breach, the bicycle is considered to have been used for purposes other than those for which it was designed.

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHEN ORDERING A HAND-BUILT BIKE!:

    When ordering a hand-built bicycle from Velovintage, a deposit of DKK 2000 is charged. This amount is paid in the store before work begins and immediately after the seller (Velovintage) and the buyer have agreed on how the bicycle should be built. After this, it is generally not possible to get this amount refunded, unless Velovintage cannot deliver the agreed bicycle.

FAQ's

If you haven't received your order email, it's probably because you entered the wrong email. This can happen to anyone, and that's okay. 

 

You will also be notified via SMS regarding your order status and when you can pick up your package. We will make sure you stay updated. 

 

You can always contact us so we can correct your email address and provide you with information about your shipment. We are here to help you with any questions you may have.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, a tracking number will be generated for your shipment so you can track your package. This tracking number will be sent to you automatically as soon as your order has been packed.

 

Should you find that there is no tracking information available yet, please wait a while and try again. The reason for this may be that your package has not yet been scanned by the carrier.

 

Please remember – if you have ordered items from a remote warehouse, your order will only be packed and shipped once we have received these items. This may take some time, so we thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately, you cannot pick up an order in our showroom, as the showroom and webshop operate separately.
